Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios

Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UAT testing

Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect tracking tools

Collaborate with development and product teams to understand features and resolve issues

Review requirements and provide early feedback from a QA perspective

Ensure test coverage and maintain test documentation

Mentor junior QA team members and support QA best practices

Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience- in Manual Software Testing

Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC

Hands-on experience in testing Web and/or Mobile applications

Expertise in test case design techniques

Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps)

Good knowledge of API testing basics (Postman is a plus)

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
