🔎 Key Responsibilities:
Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle (Sourcing to Onboarding)
Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
Coordinating with hiring managers for requirement understanding
Scheduling interviews and follow-ups
Maintaining recruitment tracker & database
Managing offer roll-out and joining formalities
✅ Requirements:
Proven experience in bulk & lateral hiring
Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
