Managing end-to-end onboarding process.
Conducting joining formalities & documentation
Coordinating with candidates for pre-joining formalities
Handling background verification process
Preparing offer letters & appointment letters
Maintaining employee records and HRMS updates
✅ Requirements:
Basic knowledge of HR operations & compliance
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good documentation & data management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel & HRMS tools preferred
