We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join our HR team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, and process optimization. This role will help drive data-driven HR decisions, workforce planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and report HR metrics and workforce data
• Support workforce planning, attrition analysis, and recruitment analytics
• Prepare dashboards and HR reports for leadership teams
• Monitor employee engagement and performance trends
• Recommend improvements based on data insights
• Collaborate with HRBP and business teams to align analytics with business needs
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data in HRIS systems
✅ Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, Statistics, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in HR analytics or HR operations
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP, Workday, or similar)
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI / Tableau)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
